Brian Morales - Owner & Chef
Chef Brian Morales is a passionate culinary artist with a rich and diverse background. A graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, Brian began his career in New York City, honing his skills at renowned establishments. His journey took him to Los Angeles, where he worked as a pastry chef at Broadway Deli, but his true calling to the hot kitchen led him to further his education at the Institute of Culinary Education in Manhattan.
Upon graduating, Chef Brian joined the esteemed Daniel, a 2-Michelin-star restaurant in New York, where he refined his craft alongside some of the industry's best. His culinary career has since spanned foodie capitals across the United States, including Miami, where he served as chef at Fratelli Lyon.
With expertise ranging from exquisite dinners to timeless pastries, Chef Brian brings a unique blend of precision and creativity to every dish. After years of working with some of the nation’s finest culinary institutions, he decided to launch his own catering and personal chef company in Steamboat Springs, sharing his love for exceptional food and hospitality with the local community.
